Hail Montengarde. My term as Baronial Exchequer is coming to an end. I will officially be steeping down during council on August 15, 2018. To that end, I will be seeking a replacement for the office. If you enjoy being an active part of our community, this is the role for you!

Duties include: Updating the Baronial ledger, reconciling gate sheets and funds after an event, making deposits, monthly reporting to the Montengarde council, quarterly reporting to the Kingdom Exchequer, chairing the Montengarde Financial Committee meetings, uploading reports/forms to the Montengarde website, maintaining Baronial inventory lists (with the assistance of their Excellencies and the Council) and providing general financial knowledge/advice as it is requested.

You will need to be mildly knowledgeable with Excel, and you can expect to receive all the training you need to maintain the Baronial ledger. You will need to be able to work with Google Docs, and you can expect to receive training for that as well.

I will remain available as a consultant to the incoming Exchequer, their Deputy(ies), the Seneschal, and their Excellencies until the individual who fills this role is comfortable with the flow and processes of the office.
