As Dragonslayer draws near, We are extremely excited for what will be Our first full event as Baron and Baroness. There has been a tremendous flurry of activity in preparation by artisans, scribes, and stewards. It is truly humbling to witness.
We would ask that any who do intend to vie for Champion of Sword or Champion of Arrows please make their intent known by email to excellencies@montengarde.org by June 19th (Council night). We ask that this be the hard deadline as entering into service of the Minotaur Thrones ought not to be done lightly or on a whim. It is a commitment that ought to be discussed prior to the day of the tourney.
June has been a busy month and Dragonslayer promises to be no exception. Between the Championships, the prize tourneys, the arts & science displays, the bardic challenge, and youth arts display, thrown weapons, equestrian, and eric side tea with Her Majesty, there is much to attend. We look forward to any new people who might be joining us and We know that Our populace will extend our excitement to them as well.
