Greetings to the mighty Kingdom of Avacal,
Let all who read these words know that We, Vik and A’isha, King and Queen of Avacal, after consultation with the Kingdom Seneschal, Duke Albrecht von Rugen, put into place the SCA policy of requiring proof of COVID vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of an event start time from all event attendees for all events within the Kingdom of Avacal.
As well all events require attendants to wear a mask 100% of the time when indoors, except when eating or drinking.
This policy will become effective October 1, 2021. Note that events defined in corpora include fight practices, A&S nights, business meetings, taverns, and any official SCA activities.
