It is the wish of HE Bjar the Blue that there be Youth of Montengarde are worth in might and skill and ought to be represented upon the field and within the court. Thus let it be known that Riiker Karinasson has been asked to be the first bearer of the Thorn Banner*, to fly the banner at youth and family activities, to attend the coronets of Montengarde in court, and give their Excellencies consul.
