Greetings,
Here are some friendly reminders for the weekend.
1. There is currently fire bans and restrictions in place. As such please bring propane cooking devices and/or propane fire pits. Also please note the ban included bug torches unless they are propane.
2. If you ate bringing dogs with you they must be on leash and owners are responsible to clean up and maintain their dogs (camp grounds rule).
3. If you have banners and portable holes we welcome you to bring them and display heraldry.
4. The weather looks to be calling for mid 20’s but as we all know this can change please be bringing water and anything else you may need as there is no indoor facility
5. Pre registration closes at 11pm Monday June 12th. If you want to shorten your time at gate please pre register.
6. Smoking and vaping is allowed on site. At your camp site please ensure you are doing so safely and clean up afterwards. Please make sure you police your butts and smoke away from crowded areas.
