My task was to combine the FP of society and Avacal/Montengarde. Note: Avacal and Montengarde are identical. See below for the 2 policies and please find my re-write titled Draft:. X. SPECIAL PURPOSE AND DEDICATED FUNDS A. Accounting records must support segregation of funds by purpose. When setting up special purpose/dedicated funds, a primary and secondary purpose, and expiration date for inactivity, will be established by the Financial Committee. Funds raised will be used for the primary purpose first. If it is not possible to fulfill the primary purpose or if there are residual funds, the funds will be directed to the secondary purpose. The final destination for all special purpose funds will be the General Fund.

Appendix 1: Dedicated funds description
The Exchequer shall maintain a list of dedicated funds along with their balance to be published at least once a year. The Montengarde Financial Committee must approve the establishment and dissolution of dedicated funds. New funds shall be established with funds raised by the related office, not from general funds. Funds raised for a specific purpose can be directed to general funds if not used in 5 years. Funds that drop below zero shall be discussed by the Financial Committee to determine the required action.

Important notes for Autocrat and Feastocrats
Please take in consideration the following information:
- It is the responsibility of the person to arrange delivery of the funds to the exchequer. The delivery must be at the convenience of the exchequer.
- Receipts for the event/feast may not have the following features or they may be subject to exclusion or non-payment.
- Include personal expenses. Please cash out your personal expenses on another receipt.
- Handwritten or not itemized (bank transfer is not a receipt) Receipts may not include the following items but not limited to without prior approval of the financial committee:
- Gas
- Food items not related to the feast.
- Items that are already provided by the site.
- Utensils and permanent cooking wear i.e., knives and peelers. Disposable items such as tin cooking pans are ok.
