As part of the business side of the Barony, there is a monthly Financial Committee meeting to evaluate event bids, review budgets, approve expenditures, and generally oversee that the Barony is being financially responsible. The policy is reviewed at least once a year and brought before the Council for discussion before being ratified by the Financial Committee.


Attached is the proposed changes to the policy after review at the Financial Meeting (Wednesday March 20, 2019 at 6:30 pm right before Council). They will be reviewed and brought back to Council next month.
